Cloudy skies are expected across the local islands including USVI and regional waters. Scattered to numerous showers with isolated thunderstorms are forecast especially for eastern PR, and USVI. Seas up to 6 feet and winds up to 15 knots are forecast across the Atlantic waters. Small craft should exercise caution. A high rip current risk is in effect.
There is a high rip current risk for the northern beaches of PR, Culebra and St. Thomas.
