A little more coverage possible Thursday morning when it comes to fog. Some areas in the south may even have increased chances of dense fog. While most fog will range in the 1 to 6 mile range, can't rule out visibility down to a quarter of a mile.

A marginal risk of excessive rainfall remains in place across the majority of the Panhandles this Friday. Showers with embedded thunderstorms are expected to produce heavy rainfall, especially across the southeast. Prolonged activity, especially after all the rainfall we have seen, can easily lead to flooding. Make sure to be prepared.

More active weather is expected this week with current trends seeing two different systems pushing across the Panhandles. The first of these systems is looking to push in late Thursday with some of our heaviest and most widespread showers expected Friday. This will be followed by a potential second system Sunday into next Monday morning. While the threat for severe weather has been low, flooding concerns are still present.
