BLIZZARD CONDITIONS Tonight Into Monday Morning

Blizzard conditions will develop across much of the area tonight, especially in rural wind-prone areas. 2019 was a record year for precipitation at La Crosse and Rochester. Rochester not only set a new all-time mark, but beat the previous record by over 11 inches and exceeded its normal by 22 inches! La Crosse was not quite so wet, but still finished 3rd wettest all-time - just missing out on its all-time record by 1/10 of an inch. For more details, check below...
