Strong, Severe Storms Possible This Afternoon/Evening

After a few non-severe storms this morning, another round of storms is expected to fire over southern Minnesota a northern Iowa by mid afternoon. During November 2019, the average 7 AM stage for the Mississippi River at La Crosse, WI was 8.51 
feet.  This was the highest average stage for a November.  The previous record was 7.67 feet in
