Severe Weather and Heavy Rainfall from the High Plains to the Ohio Valley; Heat Continuing in the Central Plains and Southeast

A stationary front will be the focus for daily showers and thunderstorms capable of widely scattered flash flooding and severe weather from the High Plains to the Ohio Valley. Survey Summary:
Reports and videos of a brief, dusty tornado southeast of
Bowbells. Tornado fully formed around 8:50 PM and soon after
knocked over a grain bin and sheared off the top half of pine
trees. The tornado then tracked to the northeast for a couple of
miles before dissipating before reaching the river, causing no
additional damage. Maximum estimated wind speed is 95 mph.

Survey Summary:
Estimated location and path of tornado. A white rope tornado came
down and was on the ground for about 3 minutes... kicking up
dust. No damage reported so EF-Unknown rating assigned.
