Lake-Effect Snow Continues Downwind of the Great Lakes; Below Normal Temperatures Across the Eastern Half of the U.S

Arctic air will continue below normal temperatures across the eastern half of the U.S. through Tuesday with heavy lake-effect snow continuing downwind of the Great Lakes.
