No significant weather outbreaks occurred across north and central Georgia this past December.

January Outlook

 

Based on the Climate Prediction Center's outlook for January, Georgia has equal chances for above or below average temperatures.  For precipitation, north Georgia has a 40-50% chance of above average precipitation while central and southern Georgia has a 50-60% chance of above average precipitation.
