Heavy Rainfall in Portions of the Southeast and Southwest

Heavy rainfall and flash flooding threat continues in the Southeast for much of Mississippi into southwestern Alabama and in the Southwest. There is a continued threat for isolated strong to severe thunderstorms Sunday afternoon and evening across parts of the central High Plains.
