Storms will enter the western zones tonight and move east across the region on Wednesday. The best storm chances will be across Central Texas. Some storms will be strong; with hail, gusty winds, and locally heavy rain. A severe storm or two can't be ruled out.
A cold front will become the focus for additional thunderstorm development on Thursday. A few strong to marginally severe storms may occur. Temperatures will be in the upper 70s to mid 80s.
After a week full of on and off rain chances, a much drier weekend is expected across North and Central Texas. A few isolated storms may develop Friday afternoon across Central and East Texas. The rest of the weekend will be dry with temperatures in the mid to upper 80s.
