Heavy Rainfall and Flooding Concerns in the Southwest; Coastal Low to Impact the East Coast

A warm afternoon will transition to a pleasant evening as temperatures fall from the 80s into the upper 60s and lower 70s.
There will be an elevated grass fire threat for areas near and west of I-35 on Sunday due to breezy, warm and dry conditions. Minimum humidity values will range from 20-30% with south winds around 10-15 mph gusting to 20 mph.

Warm and dry weather conditions will continue through next week with highs remaining in the 80s and low 90s each afternoon. An elevated grass fire threat will emerge for areas near and west of I-35 on Sunday in response to increasing wind speeds.
