There is potential for freezing fog this morning and again Tuesday night across portions of North and Central Texas, with worse visibility reductions on Tuesday night. Light ice accumulations on surfaces may occur both nights, so make sure to take it easy and slow in the mornings.
A slow warm up is expected through mid-week with highs in the 40s today and tomorrow. However, the overnight lows will still be below freezing region-wide with temps in the teens and 20s. A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect for portions of Central TX from midnight tonight through 9 am Wednesday due to wind chills as low as 12 degrees.
