.DISCUSSION...Hot, dry, windy conditions can be expected to
persist as we head into the weekend. Strong wind gusts to near 
50 mph will impact much of the region on Tuesday, amplifying 
widespread red flag conditions. Showers and thunderstorms are 
possible over portions of the area early tomorrow through early
Wednesday but wetting rains are not likely. Winds diminish some 
Thursday and beyond, but critical fire weather conditions are
possible over portions of western Colorado.
