.DISCUSSION... Critical fire weather conditions are expected to 
be localized through today. Showers and thunderstorms are 
possible over the central and southern Colorado mountains during 
the afternoon and early evening today. On Thursday critical fire 
weather conditions will become more widespread, particularly in 
northeastern Utah and northwestern Colorado. Critical fire weather
conditions look to become even more widespread on Saturday as dry
conditions persist and afternoon wind gusts increase.
