Last Map Update: Fri, Aug 22, 2025 at 2:27:03 pm EDT

A Coastal Flood Statement remains in effect for the Upper Keys. Water levels for the Lower/Middle Keys are lower, but still close to Coastal Flood Statement thresholds. For the Upper Keys, minor saltwater flooding will consist of: low elevation streets & lots, some storm drains overflowing, and some seawalls/docks being overtopped around the time of higher high tide. Boaters should also expect less clearance under fixed bridges with these higher tides.
TODAY...Mostly sunny with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms. Highs in the lower 90s. South to southwest winds near 5 mph, becoming southwest to west. Chance of rain 20 percent.
TODAY... Generally SW-W light to gentle breezes (5-10 knots, decreasing to 5-10 knots the Straits and Gulf); Seas ~1 ft or less, except 1-2 feet in the extreme eastern Straits due to northerly swell; Bay and nearshore waters smooth to a light chop; Isolated showers and thunderstorms.
