Here is a weekly outlook for the Florida Keys.
Weather conditions remain seasonably warm and muggy. Heat indices are expected to approach near 100F each afternoon this week.
Island cloud line formation possible in the late morning to early afternoon hours through Thursday.
Minor coastal flooding will be possible around the times of high tide, through Wednesday. With low chances of rain, keep in mind that standing water you see could be a mixture of fresh/saltwater.
The National Hurricane Center is continuing to monitor a disturbance currently over northeastern Mexico, and formation chances have increased as of this afternoon. This unsettled weather is expected to emerge over the NW Gulf waters late Tuesday or Wednesday with a medium chance of formation. OF NOTE, regardless of tropical cyclone formation, this may lead to periods of intense and heavy rainfall creating flash flood conditions, coastal flooding, and gusty winds along portions of Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Anyone with interests along the Gulf Coast in these states are encouraged to monitor forecasts from both the National Hurricane Center as well as National Weather Service Forecast Offices in the aforementioned states.

near 5 mph. Chance of rain 10 percent. Minor Coastal Flooding is possible around the times of higher high tide, through Wednesday.
Today... S-SW light to gentle breezes. Seas: Bay/Gulfside ≤1 ft; Hawk Channel ≤1 ft; FL Straits ~1 ft; SE Gulf ≤1 ft. Bay/nearshore waters smooth. Slight chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mariners should expect less clearance under fixed bridges around the times of higher high tide.

Expect some storm drains to overflow and some seawalls and docks will be overtopped. Boaters should expect less clearance under fixed bridges. Motorists, remember that persistent puddles around the times of high tide are almost certain to contain a mix of seawater.
