A cold front will move through the region tonight into early Saturday morning accompanied by a few showers. Lingering moisture behind the cold front may produce a brief period of light snow or flurries early Sunday morning (less than a 10% chance) across south central Louisiana. A light freeze is expected across the entire region away from the immediate coastline Saturday night into Sunday morning. Wind chills will be in the low to mid 20s.
