Governor Jim Justice, along with the West Virginia Emergency Management Division and the National Weather Service offices that serve the state, have designated November 14-18 as Winter Weather Awareness Week in West Virginia.  This campaign offers a great opportunity to prepare for the winter weather hazards that will occur during the upcoming winter season. Winter weather preparedness involves three steps:
