THE MONTH WAS, ON THE WHOLE, A LITTLE OVER TWO DEGREES BELOW THE 30-
YEAR MEAN IN TERMS OF TEMPERATURES. EVEN SO, IT WAS STILL THE
WARMEST FEBRUARY IN TWO YEARS IN TERMS OF HIGH TEMPERATURES.
