TEMPERATURES, THOUGH IT WAS STILL THE WARMEST FEBRUARY IN SEVERAL
YEARS.

THERE WERE 16 DAYS WITH LOW TEMPERATURES AT OR BELOW FREEZING...NOT
AS MUCH AS LAST FEBRUARY, BUT STILL WELL ABOVE THE AVERAGE OF NINE.

FEBRUARY IN SEVERAL YEARS. SNOWFALL, WHILE NOT NEARLY AS MUCH AS
