AS OPPOSED TO THE LAST FEW MONTHS, NOVEMBER REVERSED COURSE AND
ENDED UP SLIGHTLY BELOW THE 30-YEAR AVERAGE. THIS MADE FOR THE
COOLEST NOVEMBER IN TWO YEARS. THE COLDEST PERIOD CAME IN THE FIRST
WEEK. SHORTER, WARMER PERIODS WERE SCATTERED THROUGHOUT THE
REMAINDER OF THE MONTH.

RAINFALL WAS BELOW AVERAGE, BUT IT WAS STILL THE WETTEST NOVEMBER IN
TWO YEARS. THE MAJORITY OF THE RAIN FELL DURING A 24-HOUR PERIOD IN
THE SECOND WEEK.

NO SNOW FELL FOR THE 2ND NOVEMBER IN A ROW.
