Cold Temperatures Continue in the Southeast; Snow in the Central Appalachians and Ohio Valley; Rain and Thunderstorms in the Southeast

Cold temperatures will persist across Florida and the Southeast through Tuesday, then milder conditions are expected beginning Wednesday. SYNOPSIS:

WINTER STORM WARNINGS HAVE EXPIRED AS of 5 PM MST:

Roads in Western Wyoming are still experiencing winter driving conditions.   U.S. Highway 89 between Moose and Moran Junction remains closed with a potential opening on Friday.  Teton Pass has re-opened as of 5 PM this evening.  Please keep updated on road closures and advisories regarding no unnecessary travel at the WYDOT website - wyoroad.info.

 

AVALANCHE CONDITIONS:

Avalanche Warning continues until 6 a.m. Thursday for most areas of Western Wyoming.  Visit jhavalanche.org for complete information.
