Regarding NWS Radar Pages and the use of FLASH
 
The NWS has a new radar.weather.gov coming (Spring 2020) that does not use FLASH and instead uses HTML v5.  The NWS plans to have our new page available well before the disabling of FLASH at the end of 2020.
