Significant Rain and Flooding Threat Along the Texas Coast; Dangerous Heat Persists From the Midwest to the Northeast

Potential Tropical Cyclone One will likely bring significant heavy rain, flash, urban and river flooding and wind impacts to southern Texas Wednesday.
