Ian Producing Heavy Rain, Flash Flooding, and High Winds in the Carolinas into the Mid-Atlantic

Ian is expected to move farther inland across central North Carolina. Tropical-storm-force winds are expected along the coasts of South Carolina and Southeastern North Carolina through early Saturday.
