Barry Fading Away; Attention Turns To Major Summer Heat Wave

Post-Tropical Barry continues to steadily weaken and will fade away over the next day or two. The decaying system may still produce very heavy rainfall and possible flash flooding from the Lower Mississippi Valley to the Ohio Valley.
