Tropical Storm Cindy Forecast to Move Onshore Thursday

Heavy rain from Tropical Storm Cindy will continue inundating the Gulf Coast. Rain amounts of 6-9 inches, with isolated amounts of 15 inches, will bring a high risk of reaching excessive levels and producing life-threatening flash floods along the Gulf Coast, especially, the central Gulf Coast.
