Thunderstorms and Heavy Rains Across Portions of the Central and Eastern US; Heat Expands to Portions of the East

After widespread rain and snow on Thursday, temperatures have fallen below freezing over much of Southcentral. With a slight chance of very light freezing drizzle continuing this morning...hazardous conditions are likely across area roads and surfaces today as water freezes on roadways and sidewalks.
