.DISCUSSION...The threat for showers and thunderstorms will be on 
the increase later today into tonight, with some lingering lighter 
showers possible on Tuesday. Some storms tonight could be locally 
strong to severe, producing gusty winds and heavy rain. Low level 
moisture will mix out some before rain arrives today, but relative 
humidity values will remain well above critical levels. Humidity 
will remain elevated Tuesday before dropping again on Wednesday.
Gusty southwest winds develop today and tonight, with winds 
remaining gusty as they shift to northwest on Tuesday. Widespread 
critical level wind gusts are expected during this period.
