A drier and cooler air mass settles in today resulting in min 
RHs of 30% to 35% this afternoon. Typically dry interior 
locations could see min RHs as low at 25%. Winds will be at or 
below 10 mph with occasional gusts and varied directions. Unstable
conditions up to 5 kft will exist this afternoon. Mostly sunny 
skies by this afternoon and temperatures will warm into the mid to
high 30s. Healthy overnight recoveries with cold temperatures
tonight. Strengthening south winds Wednesday as light snow moves
in during the morning hours, changing to rain later in the
afternoon.

High pressure will build directly over the area today. This will
dry the air out considerably, but there will be little to no 
wind. Winds increase on Wednesday, but they should bring at least

.DISCUSSION...Cold and dry conditions will exist today as high
pressure settles over the region. Some lingering early day gustiness
to northwest winds /20 to 25 knots/ will rapidly fade as the
gradient eases this afternoon. Min RH values will range from the mid
20s to mid 30s. Warmer air will lift back into the region Wednesday
and Thursday. A slow moving cold front will bring the next chance of
rain late Wednesday night and Thursday. This frontal boundary will
remain the focus for additional rainfall development Thursday night
and Friday.
