.DISCUSSION...

Lingering showers mainly favoring northwest Lower will move out
of the area later this afternoon/ evening with clouds decreasing
tonight. A few shower chances possible at times Thursday with
perhaps some snow mixing in, but liquid equivalent totals remain
low at this time, generally less than 0.05" with most areas likely
staying precipitation-free. Temperatures will continue to trend
cooler with below normal readings through at least Saturday. RH
values through the weekend are likely to fall around or just below
40 percent across most interior areas, but look to remain above
critical levels as we trend slightly drier. Northwest winds will
be occassionally gusty at times (especially during the afternoon
hours) through the weekend nearing or exceeding critical levels.

.DISCUSSION...
MIZ001-003-301200-

Another weak disturbance passing overhead will bring a chance for a
few rain/snow showers across the western and central U.P. today into
this evening, with minimal to no accumulations expected. High
pressure will support mainly dry conditions for the rest of the
week. Minimum RH values trend drier from Thursday onward,
potentially falling below 30% in the interior west from Friday into
the weekend. Generally light winds are expected during this time.
Also expect good overnight RH recoveries in the 70-80% range each
night.
