.DISCUSSION...
Expect more patchy dense fog tonight across the region with light
and variable to slightly SE/S winds, esp by morning; prevailing
winds turn more S to SE Friday but remain 5-10mph or less, and lake
breezes could develop again. Given RHs have remained higher than
expected for many areas today due to slow-to-deteriorate cloud
cover, concerned this could happen again Friday...and if so, minRHs
would remain higher than current expectations; this would most
likely occur toward Lake Huron again and could extend toward West
Branch/Gladwin. Winds will pick up a bit Saturday/Saturday night,
and the next rain chances will be Sunday, though they are low right
now.

.DISCUSSION...
MIZ001-003-231200-
Dense fog in the Keweenaw and east. Further expansion into the south-
central U.P. is expected early this morning; could see patchy fog
development in the west. Fog lifts mid morning, lingering cloud
cover then clears in the west and becomes scattered in the east and
Keweenaw. Where better clearing occurs in the west, temperatures
warm into the mid 60s to low 70s. Elsewhere will see highs in the
mid 50s to mid 60s. Minimum RH follows a similar pattern, upper 30s
to upper 40s in the west and upper 40s to upper 60s elsewhere. Light
easterly winds with gusts mainly 10 mph or less are expected today.
Tonight brings more fog potential as RH fully recovers and
temperatures settle into the upper 30s to upper 40s, coldest east.
Warmer on Friday in the 60s to mid 70s, warmest west. Partly cloudy
skies limit mixing and better moisture moving in from southerly flow
means minimum RH is only expected in the mid 40s to mid 60s, highest
near Lake Michigan.
