The first mayfly hatch of 2016, albeit a small one, as seen on the radar loop below which runs from 9 pm to 1030 pm. Mayflies were reported both in south La Crosse and at Riverside Park. Note the increase of reflectivity - or the blue and green colors - coming off the Mississippi River.
