  A tornado caused mainly tree damage in far southeast Crawford County before moving into Richland County. The tornado then traveled across rural portions of southwest Richland County north of Westport and Port Andrews . A few homes along County Roads W and M were damaged along with numerous trees. This was the third of 3 tornadoes that affected the La Crosse County Warning Area. The other 2 were in Fayette & Crawford counties.  Property damage was estimated to be $4,000 in Crawford County & $30,000 in Richland County.  More on this tornado can be found at: https://www.weather.gov/arx/jun2215

  Storm surveys conducted by NWS La Crosse and the Crawford County Sheriffs Department found a tornado track a little over 3.5 miles long.  Damaged caused by the tornado included one out building and several trees along Del La Mater Road and Highway 171.

  The tornado formed near a ridge area but traveled into nearby valleys hitting several farms and knocking down trees and branches in a narrow path. The path length was 4 miles long and went in a northeasterly direction, touching down 1 mile east of Fairview and staying on the ground until 5 miles west of Soldiers Grove.  For most of the path length, the tornado was rated EF0, although the survey team determined it reached EF1 for a short time.Hail was observed before the tornado as well.  This tornado caused $30,000 in property damage and $40,000 in crop damage.

  The tornado began 3 miles south of Gays Mills and then travelled northeast to the Crawford/Vernon County line (4 miles east of Soldiers Grove).  At least one barn was totally destroyed as this tornado tracked northeast.

  Moved northeast from northwest of Waterville, IA (Allamakee County) crossing the Mississippi River 2 miles south of Ferryville, WI (Crawford Co.). The last damage ended near Soldiers Grove. A man and his daughter were killed in one of three homes that were obliterated southwest of "Heytman", a small railroad station on the Mississippi River. Sixty buildings and 8 homes were destroyed in Wisconsin. This tornado caused approximately $200,000 in damage.

This tornado, which moved across 4 counties, was part of a complex of tornadoes and downbursts produced about $300,000 in property losses. Starting in Crawford County, this tornado tracked northeast through Richland, Vernon, and Juneau counties. Many barns were destroyed south of Soldiers Grove (Crawford County). Five homes were destroyed and over 100 more were damaged in the northwest part of Mauston (Juneau County) before the tornado lifted.
