APRIL 22 1985 1991 Over two inches of rain fell on already saturated ground causing road and basement flooding. The Black Creek near Churchville crested just above the flood stage of six feet. The Oatka and Sandy Creeks also flooded their banks. 1993 Low pressure over Delaware deepened and moved north along the Atlantic Coast to New England. The late winter storm spread heavy, wet snow across the eastern Lake Ontario counties. Snowfalls of six to nine inches were reported.
