Summer 2022 saw  warm and wet conditions across at Jackson, Kentucky. It was over seven and a third inches

wetter than normal at Jackson. In fact, it was the 2nd wettest summer at the Jackson Weather Office. On the temperature

side, Jackson was almost a degree and a half warmer than normal. This tied for the 7th warmest summer at Jackson.

At London, summer 2022 was a little over a degree warmer than normal and was almost three and a quarter inches drier.

 

August  2022 was almost a half a degree above normal and almost two thirds of an inch drier. At the London Corbin

Airport, August 2022 was a tenth of a degree cooler and over an inch and a half drier than normal.  Climate data 

for Jackson dates back to 1981 while weather records began in 1954 at London.
