Multiple rounds of moderate to locally heavy rain will impact portions of the Appalachians and Mid-Atlantic, which may lead to flash flooding concerns. The following NOAA All-Hazards Weather Radio Transmitter: * WWG-61 in Stanton KY / Frequency 162.550 MHz will undergo intermittent outages today while maintenance is performed on the tower. Alternative transmitters in the area include WWG63 in Frenchburg on a frequency of 162.475 MHz and WNG727 in Irvine on a frequency of 162.475 MHz.
