SYNOPSIS: An upper low pressure system that came from the central Rockies into the northern Plains combined with a cold front that moved in from the south across central Wyoming early Christmas morning and has spread snow across the Cowboy State.  Gusty winds have developed which is creating widespread blowing and drifting snow across much of central Wyoming. A Blizzard Warning has been issued for the Buffalo area and northern Johnson County due to high winds and zero visibility in the snow and blowing snow. The snow will taper off Sunday evening and the wind will be decreasing late Sunday night.
