.DISCUSSION...
Mainly dry conditions are expected today with temperatures 10  
to 15 degrees above normal. Afternoon humidity minimums will 
continue to favor readings between 20 and 30 percent over the
Piedmont with a general improvement to 30 percent or higher
tomorrow. The next wetting rain looks to come tomorrow and 
tomorrow night, with wind gusts increasing and WSW winds 
becoming more NNE by Sunday.
