.DISCUSSION...

Dry conditions are forecast to persist through tonight as 
high pressure remains in control of the weather pattern. Today's 
afternoon minimum relative humidity will remain above 30 percent
across the region, with surface winds holding below 10 mph. The 
next chance for wetting rainfall will be Tuesday across the
mountains. Rainfall totals are forecast to remain less than a 
tenth inch for most.
