.DISCUSSION...

Dry conditions are forecast through Monday night day as high
pressure makes its way east from the central Plains region. 
Minimum RH values today drop to around 30 to 40 percent east of 
the Blue Ridge, and drop to 25 to 35 percent Monday afternoon. 
Gusts will range from 15 mph to locally 25 mph at times today 
and again Tuesday ahead of the next weather system. The next 
wetting rain chance will be Tuesday through Wednesday night.
