.DISCUSSION... 
Even though gusty winds will continue through Wednesday, speeds 
will continue to decrease this evening. A storm system will bring 
another possibilty of snow to the mountains of West Virginia 
Wednesday night and Thursday. The lowest afternoon relative 
humidity values should average between 20% and 30% across 
the Virginia and North Carolina Piedmonts Wednesday, with 
higher values farther west.
