.DISCUSSION... 

A cold front will arrive on Sunday morning, bringing another 
round of snow and/or rain showers to the entire area late tonight
into midday Sunday. Minimum relative humidity values will drop
between 30 and 40 percent for parts of the Blue Ridge east. Dry 
weather, but gusty westerly winds are expected for the beginning 
of the work week. Expect very cold wind chills late Monday night
into Tuesday morning.
