...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM NOON EDT TODAY THROUGH THIS
EVENING FOR SOUTHEASTERN WEST VIRGINIA AND PART OF THE WESTERN
VIRGINIA MOUNTAINS...

Scattered showers and thunderstorms are forecasted for Monday,
some of which may produce damaging wind gusts and localized 
flash flooding. Total rainfall could be in the 0.30 to one inch
range with locally higher possible. This will be followed by 
widely scattered afternoon and evening storms later this week.
