.DISCUSSION...

Southwest winds will increase through the afternoon into early
evening. These winds are expected to reach gusts of 20 to 35 mph 
by the early afternoon and evening hours, with the higher gusts
across the Alleghany Highlands. RH values are expected to drop 
into the low 30s this afternoon, with locally lower values where 
boundary layer mixing is maximized allowing for dry air aloft to 
mix down to the surface. High pressure works in Thursday then we 
will see a good chance of wetting rain Friday night.
