.DISCUSSION...

Surges of northwest winds look to become strongest around daybreak
today over the entire area. Arctic air is expected to remain over
the weekend with winds abating by Sunday. Warming trend commences
next week but a wetting rain appears possible midweek. With snow
continuing to blanket most of the area, there are no fire weather
concerns at this time.
