Severe thunderstorm and heavy rainfall threats will persist from the Midwest to Lower Great Lakes through Monday, shifting into the Ohio Valley and Central Appalachians Monday evening into Tuesday. Unsettled weather will continue into next 
week with scattered showers and thunderstorms each day, 
primarily during the afternoons and evenings. The air mass will
remain humid with relative humidity values staying elevated. 
Winds should remain rather light for much of the area except in 
stronger thunderstorms. Due to the abundant moisture and
prolonged chances of rain, fire weather concerns will remain low.
