.DISCUSSION...

High pressure will gradually slide east tonight, making for a 
gradual wind shift from the southwest by Thursday morning. Moisture 
will increase for Thursday as a cold front approaches from the 
northwest, making for a mixture of clouds and sunshine on Thursday 
afternoon, as well as for isolated afternoon showers across the 
mountains. Thursday afternoon minimum RH values will remain above 
35 percent. Frontal passage on Friday will trigger scattered 
rain showers and isolated thunderstorms, though with wetting 
rainfall totals generally less than 0.25".
