.DISCUSSION... 
Wind gusts this morning will be in the 20 to 35 mph range with 
much colder air today. Winds decrease for a few hours this
afternoon, but become gustier late tonight into early Friday. 
Cooler and dry conditions remain in place through Saturday. Rain 
chances return again by Sunday as another low pressure system 
approaches the region.

Today and Friday afternoons, minimum RH values will drop into the
20 to 30 percent range east of the Blue Ridge. On Saturday 
afternoon, minimum RH values drop to 20 to 30 percent across the 
entire area.
