.DISCUSSION...

...LOW HUMIDITY TUESDAY AFTERNOON, BUT LIGHTER WINDS...

High pressure shifts east today ahead of a warm front. Light
to calm winds will turn south to southwest by the afternoon.
Wind speeds will mainly be in the 5 to 10 mph range, with a
few gusts 15-20 mph possible with the heating/mixing after midday.
Increasing clouds will put a lid on temperatures across most
of the West Virginia into Virginia area so lower humidity may
occur more in the noon-2pm time frame.

Wetting rains likely tonight in the mountains of West Virginia
into Virginia, with lighter amounts or none across southside
Virginia into North Carolina.

After today, humidity levels increase for much of the week,
with the next good chance of wetting rain arriving Friday
into Saturday.
