.DISCUSSION...

Dry and warm conditions continue for this afternoon and evening, 
with highs in the 70s/80s. A dry cold front will pass through later 
today, increasing wind gusts to around 15-20 mph until post-sunset 
tonight. Dry weather persists through at least next Tuesday, with 
MinRH values in the 30-40% range each day. With high pressure 
dominating the weather pattern, winds will remain light through 
Tuesday. 

Temperatures fall back to around normal beginning Saturday, with 
highs in the 60s/70s. This is in part due to the passing cold front, 
but also due to heavy cloud cover that moves in late Saturday and 
lingers through the weekend and most of next week. Despite this, the 
next chance of rain does not arrive until Wednesday afternoon at the 
earliest, with a more likely chance next Thursday.
