The lower Mid-Atlantic will remain in a humid airmass for both

develop during both days, developing across the mountains this
afternoon and gradually transitioning to the Piedmont during
early evening. Rainfall totals may be highly variable over short
distances, with some locations not receiving any rain. Winds
outside of thunderstorm activity will remain less than 10 mph.
With RH values dropping into the 45 to 60 percent range during
this afternoon, expect these values to recover to above
