.DISCUSSION...

Dry weather is expected the next couple days, with some isolated
showers and thunderstorms possible Tuesday for the mountains, 
prior to a cold front arriving late Wednesday afternoon through 
Wednesday night. This cold front is currently expected to bring 
more appreciable rainfall to the area; however, if it 
under performs, there may be some fire weather concerns heading 
into the end of the work week and early weekend. Both Friday and 
Saturday look to be warm, with RH values dropping into the 20s and
30s during the afternoon hours. This combined with gusty winds 
will lead to increased fire weather concerns for both days. These 
forecasted conditions will need to continued to be monitored
