.DISCUSSION...

Fire weather concerns will remain low through the early half 
of the week as rounds of rain, with a few thunderstorms, pass 
across the lower Mid-Atlantic. Minimum relative humidity is 
is forecast to remain mainly above 70 percent areawide through 
Thursday morning, and surface wind speeds are forecast to 
remain less than 10 mph. An additional 0.5" to 1.5" of wetting 
rain is forecast to fall areawide through Thursday morning, 
with locally higher amounts occurring with thunderstorm 
activity.
