.DISCUSSION...

...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH LATE TONIGHT FOR PARTS OF
WV AND VA...

Periods of showers and thunderstorms are forecast through this
evening. While not everyone will see wetting rain, an extremely
humid airmass will continue to remain across the region. While
drier air is expected to move into the region behind the cold
front passage tomorrow morning, the minimum RH values during the
afternoon hours Tuesday and Wednesday will still remain above 40
percent for almost the entire area. Additional chances for showers
and storms return Thursday and remain through the weekend.
