.DISCUSSION...
Showers and storms return to mainly southeast West Virginia and 
neighboring portions of southwest Virginia early Tuesday morning.
Coverage continues throughout the day and spreads into NW NC later
on during the afternoon and evening. Storms could have strong to 
damaging winds, large hail, and heavy rainfall. Drier weather 
returns for the remainder of the work week before showers and 
storms return to the forecast for the weekend.

Rainfall amounts early Tuesday through Tuesday night are expected
to range from around a quarter of an inch to over an inch. Locally
heavier rain is expected under the heavier storms.
