Fire Weather Planning Forecast for SW VA...SE WV and NW NC

.DISCUSSION...
Bitter cold airmass the next few days will lead to very low
humidity values. Humidity minimums near 15 percent are possible
Tuesday afternoon. Winds will also be gusty at times.

In spite of the cold, the wind and low humidity will result in
good drying conditions...fine fuels becoming receptive to fire.
Once wind diminishes mid week, there may be opportunity for Rx.
