.DISCUSSION...
The lower Mid-Atlantic will remain in a humid airmass for both 
today and Tuesday. Additional showers and thunderstorms will 
develop during both days, developing across the mountains this 
afternoon and gradually transitioning to the Piedmont during 
early evening. Rainfall totals may be highly variable over short 
distances, with some locations not receiving any rain. Winds 
outside of thunderstorm activity will remain less than 10 mph. 
With RH values dropping into the 45 to 60 percent range during 
this afternoon, expect these values to recover to above 
90 percent tonight.
