...Below Normal Temperatures Through The Week...

Snow and ice melt will be kept to a minimum this week
as cold weather persists. Even though it will be primarily dry,
the forecast features below freezing temperatures for
most of the week.  There is a chance for some snow flurries
across the mountains, but nothing significant.  A reinforcing 
shot of bitter cold air is expected for the upcoming 
weekend along with a better chance for snow.
