.DISCUSSION...

An approaching cold front will bring the chance for strong storms
and heavy rain to the area this afternoon and evening.

Drier conditions move back in Thursday into the weekend, though
recent rainfall will continue to keep any fire danger threat low.

Winds increase briefly Thursday, with gusts of 15-20 mph
possible.
