A cold front will bring beneficial rainfall to the region late tonight into Wednesday. Widespread rainfall totals are forecast to generally be between 0.25" and 0.75", but a few locations have the chance of exceeding 1 inch of rainfall. The best locations for that will be the Florida Panhandle into southeastern Alabama.
A Small Craft Advisory is in effect for the northeastern Gulf starting Wednesday evening and lasting through Thursday afternoon.
Wednesday's cold front will bring another round of cold weather Thursday and Friday mornings. The combination of wind and temperatures will create wind chills down in the middle 20s and may necessitate the need for a Cold Weather Advisory for our Florida counties.
