Additional Heavy Rainfall for Florida; Severe Thunderstorms in the High Plains and the East

Continued heavy to excessive rainfall may bring considerable to locally catastrophic urban flooding today to South Florida with areas of flash and urban flooding remaining possible through Saturday. A Red Flag Warning is in effect from 2-10 PM today for the Sierra Front including the Reno-Carson-Minden area and portions of the west-central Basin & Range.
