Active Pattern for the Center of the Nation; Increasing Rainfall Threat for the Pacific Northwest

An active pattern remains in place across the center of the country with additional threats from severe thunderstorms and heavy rainfall. These concerns will remain in place through most of the weekend. An approaching storm across the Pacific Northwest is expected to bring heavy rainfall and strong winds late this weekend. Some Internet Explorer Browsers have issues with WWA Map Interface for Point&Click:
      Set Zoom Level to be 100% in Internet Explorer, ie: ie-11.
      Or the user can press and hold the <CTRL-key> and hit zero, to get browser to 100% zoom level.
      use the CTRL and + keys to zoom in and the CTRL and - keys to zoom out. Refresh the page(F5)
      after zooming. You may also need to have the Compatibility View to be turned `ON`
