Tropical Storm Edouard Along the Gulf Coast; Heat Expands Eastward

Tropical Storm Edouard off the central Gulf Coast will bring tropical storm conditions and heavy rainfall to portions of Upper Texas and southwestern Louisiana coasts Tuesday into Wednesday.       Set Zoom Level to be 100% in Internet Explorer, ie: ie-11.
      Or the user can press and hold the <CTRL-key> and hit zero, to get browser to 100% zoom level.
      use the CTRL and + keys to zoom in and the CTRL and - keys to zoom out. Refresh the page(F5)
      after zooming. You may also need to have the Compatibility View to be turned `ON`
