Areas of Excessive Rainfall and Fire Weather Today; Wildfire Smoke Bringing Unhealthy Air Quality to the Pacific Northwest

In southeast Texas, the coastal Carolinas, and much of New Mexico today, showers and thunderstorms may bring excessive rainfall which could lead to areas of flooding.       Set Zoom Level to be 100% in Internet Explorer, ie: ie-11.
      Or the user can press and hold the <CTRL-key> and hit zero, to get browser to 100% zoom level.
      use the CTRL and + keys to zoom in and the CTRL and - keys to zoom out. Refresh the page(F5)
      after zooming. You may also need to have the Compatibility View to be turned `ON`
