These storm systems will bring late season snow, sleet and ice for portions of the northern Plains, upper Midwest and Great Lakes region. Some Internet Explorer Browsers have issues with WWA Map Interface for Point&Click:
      Set Zoom Level to be 100% in Internet Explorer, ie: ie-11.
      Or the user can press and hold the <CTRL-key> and hit zero, to get browser to 100% zoom level.
      use the CTRL and + keys to zoom in and the CTRL and - keys to zoom out. Refresh the page(F5)
      after zooming. You may also need to have the Compatibility View to be turned `ON`
