Gusty winds and low relative humidity will bring critical fire weather to the central and southern Plains and south Texas Thursday. Widespread high winds will continue to impact the interior Northwest, northern Plains, and Upper Midwest Thursday.       Set Zoom Level to be 100% in Internet Explorer, ie: ie-11.
      Or the user can press and hold the <CTRL-key> and hit zero, to get browser to 100% zoom level.
      use the CTRL and + keys to zoom in and the CTRL and - keys to zoom out. Refresh the page(F5)
      after zooming. You may also need to have the Compatibility View to be turned `ON`
