Clipper to Impact the Great Lakes and Northeast with Blast of Winter Weather

A strengthening clipper storm will shift across southeastern Canada Wednesday and Thursday with a arctic cold front crossing the Great Lakes and Northeast which will produce intense bursts of snow and gusty winds.       Set Zoom Level to be 100% in Internet Explorer, ie: ie-11.
      Or the user can press and hold the <CTRL-key> and hit zero, to get browser to 100% zoom level.
      use the CTRL and + keys to zoom in and the CTRL and - keys to zoom out. Refresh the page(F5)
      after zooming. You may also need to have the Compatibility View to be turned `ON`
