Well above average temperatures will continue across the West this week, potentially breaking some daily high temperature records. A storm system dropping south out of Canada will bring a wintry mix to the Upper Midwest and Great Lakes Tuesday, pushing into the Central Appalachians and interior Northeast on Wednesday.       Set Zoom Level to be 100% in Internet Explorer, ie: ie-11.
      Or the user can press and hold the <CTRL-key> and hit zero, to get browser to 100% zoom level.
      use the CTRL and + keys to zoom in and the CTRL and - keys to zoom out. Refresh the page(F5)
      after zooming. You may also need to have the Compatibility View to be turned `ON`
