A cold front approaching the Mississippi Valley will bring heavy rainfall and isolated severe thunderstorms to the region. Thunderstorms will have the potential to produce isolated severe wind gusts and perhaps a brief tornado or two. Some Internet Explorer Browsers have issues with WWA Map Interface for Point&Click:
      Set Zoom Level to be 100% in Internet Explorer, ie: ie-11.
      Or the user can press and hold the <CTRL-key> and hit zero, to get browser to 100% zoom level.
      use the CTRL and + keys to zoom in and the CTRL and - keys to zoom out. Refresh the page(F5)
      after zooming. You may also need to have the Compatibility View to be turned `ON`
