Winter Storm to Impact the Northern Mid-Atlantic and Interior Northeast; heavy rain in the Southeast

A storm system will bring a variety of hazards to the Eastern US. Wintry precipitation is expected from the central Appalachians to the Northeast. Heavy snow is expected for interior New England and the northern Mid-Atlantic through the night, and icing will continue in the Appalachians this morning.       Set Zoom Level to be 100% in Internet Explorer, ie: ie-11.
      Or the user can press and hold the <CTRL-key> and hit zero, to get browser to 100% zoom level.
      use the CTRL and + keys to zoom in and the CTRL and - keys to zoom out. Refresh the page(F5)
      after zooming. You may also need to have the Compatibility View to be turned `ON`
