Heavy Rain and Flooding Possible in the Southwest U.S, Ohio Valley, and Hawaii

Heavy rainfall is expected to continue through Thursday over New Mexico into far west Texas. Flash flooding and debris flows in wildfire burn areas will be possible. Heavy rain and flash flooding is also expected over the southern Appalachians and Ohio Valley.       Set Zoom Level to be 100% in Internet Explorer, ie: ie-11.
      Or the user can press and hold the <CTRL-key> and hit zero, to get browser to 100% zoom level.
      use the CTRL and + keys to zoom in and the CTRL and - keys to zoom out. Refresh the page(F5)
      after zooming. You may also need to have the Compatibility View to be turned `ON`
