Multiple rounds of strong to severe thunderstorms may produce very large hail, swaths of damaging wind, a few tornadoes and heavy rain across parts of Texas into the lower Mississippi and Tennessee Valleys. Welcome to the Western Region Headquarters Integrated Services Division

The Integrated Services Division (ISD) provides support to the Western Region field offices by:

providing operational IDSS guidance
managing the WR Regional Operations Center (WR ROC)
managing regional programs on weather, water, and climate
providing guidance on the implementation and interpretation of national policies and procedures
developing regional policies and guidance

The Integrated Services Division consists of both the Operations Branch and the Services Branch.
