A Cold Weather Adviosry is in effect for portions onorthern New York and Vermont this afternoon through Sunday morning. Cold wind chills of -15F to -25F are expected. A Winter Storm Warning is in effect across Vermont and northern New York starting 1 PM Sunday through 1 AM Tuesday.
