A few strong to severe storms will be possible ahead of and along a front Wednesday morning and early afternoon. The main threat will be damaging straight line winds.
A cool front will pass through Alabama today. Numerous showers and a chance of thunderstorms east of I-65. A few storms may be severe east of I-65 through 3 pm. Scattered showers west of I-65.
Cooler temperatures are expected for tonight. There will be a chance of mainly evening showers and possibly a thunderstorm. Overnight low temperatures will be in the 50s.
Mostly sunny. Highs in the 70s.
