In the north-central U.S., a storm will bring heavy snow and gusty to high winds over parts of the northern Plains and Upper Midwest today before moving across the Great Lakes with heavy lake effect snow Wednesday into Thanksgiving Day. After a chilly start of the day with lows in the 30s and 40s, dry and pleasant weather conditions are expected on Thanksgiving Day with highs in the upper 50s to low 60s. Light east-southeast winds with mostly sunny skies!
Friday will see increasing clouds, with rain chances returning Saturday through early next week. At this time the severe weather threat is low and the highest rain/storm chances are expected on Saturday. Turning much cooler by early next week with highs in the 50s.
