Heat and humidity will result in increasing heat stress this week, especially in southwest, west central and northwest Mississippi, extreme southeast Arkansas and northeast Louisiana.

As warmth and humidity levels increase, so will the concern for increased heat stress through the week.

Isolated to scattered showers and storms in the Highway 84 corridor. Warm and humid with highs ranging in the mid 90s.

Quiet evening clear to mostly clear skies. Lows in the low to mid 70s.
