Showers and thunderstorms will develop this afternoon and affect portions of the region. Strong to severe storms will be possible across the western half of the ArkLaMiss with damaging winds being the primary threat. Hail will also be possible. Be sure to watch the skies and keep in tune with changing weather conditions if out this Memorial Day holiday.
Scattered afternoon showers and thunderstorms are expected today. High temperatures will range from the upper 80s to lower 90s, and max heat index values will be in the mid 90s.
Showers and thunderstorms will be possible into the evening hours tonight, but thunderstorm chances should drop off by midnight. Minimum temperatures should range from the upper 60s to near 70 degrees.
Showers and thunderstorms will be likely across parts of the area tomorrow. Maximum temperatures should range from the lower to middle 80s across the forecast area.
