Heavy to excessive rainfall may bring flooding to parts of Arizona, New Mexico, Florida, North Carolina, and Virginia today. Recently burned areas will be particularly vulnerable to flash flooding. Our preliminary numbers are in for the month of June, and as expected we ended up below normal at all sites for temperature, and above normal at all sites for precipitation. Borger came in with the 2nd highest precipitation recorded for the month of June, with more than double the monthly normal.
