Looking ahead to this Holiday weekend, we are looking at temperatures warming up into the 90s. Yes, it is July, but we are expecting humidity to accompany these temperatures which will make it feel 3 to 6 degrees hotter. Otherwise, there continues to be daily storm chances which is mostly focused on the afternoon and evening hours.

Our preliminary numbers are in for the month of June, and as expected we ended up below normal at all sites for temperature, and above normal at all sites for precipitation. Borger came in with the 2nd highest precipitation recorded for the month of June, with more than double the monthly normal.
